- 1 can (397g) Mimosa Leite Condensado Tradicional
- 100g Ferbar Coco Ralado
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Extra coco ralado for rolling + whole cloves for decoration
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the Mixture (15-20 minutes)
- Combine leite condensado, butter, and 100g coco ralado in a non-stick pan
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring CONSTANTLY
- Cook 15-20 minutes until it pulls away from the bottom of the pan
Step 2: Cool the Mixture (2-3 hours)
- Transfer to a greased plate, spread to cool faster
- Cool to room temperature or refrigerate 1 hour
Step 3: Shape and Roll (10 minutes)
- Grease hands with butter, roll into balls (~2cm diameter)
- Roll each ball in extra coco ralado
- Place a whole clove on top of each beijinho
- Place in mini paper cups
