1. Order Processing & Dispatch Schedule
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands.
To ensure product quality and streamlined operations, we dispatch orders twice a week: on Mondays and Thursdays.Our dispatch schedule is as follows:
- Orders placed by Tuesday at 23:59 (midnight) will be dispatched the following Thursday.
- Orders placed by Sunday at 23:59 (midnight) will be dispatched the following Monday.
You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
We ship all orders within the Netherlands using trusted carriers, primarily PostNL and DHL. The choice of carrier is at our discretion and depends on the package size, weight, and destination.
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is typically 1-2 business days.
Disclaimer: This delivery timeframe is an estimate provided by the carriers and is not guaranteed. Desapega is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.
3. Shipping Costs & Tracking
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and displayed at the checkout page. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.
4. Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Suppose a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or not being collected from a designated pickup point. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipment. We will contact you to arrange payment for the new shipping label. We will not re-ship the order until this payment is received.
