How to Use / Preparation
Each box contains two 57g sachets, enough for two separate desserts or one larger batch.
For one 57g sachet:
- Boil 250ml of water in a kettle or saucepan.
- Pour boiling water into a bowl and add the entire contents of one 57g sachet.
- Stir constantly for 2–3 minutes until the powder completely dissolves. No lumps should remain.
- Add 250ml of cold water. Stir well to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish, mold, or individual cups.
- Refrigerate for 2–4 hours until fully set. The gelatin should wobble slightly but hold its shape.
- Serve directly from the dish or unmold onto a plate by running a warm knife around the edges.
Texture adjustments:
- For firmer jelly: Use 200ml cold water instead of 250ml.
- For softer, more delicate set: Use 300ml cold water.
